Asparagus With Hazelnut Oil Recipe:


ASPARAGUS WITH HAZELNUT OIL

1 pound asparagus
2 Tablespoons hazelnut oil
1/4 teaspoon dill
Salt / pepper to taste

1. Peel tough end of asparagus with vegetable peeler;
   steam asparagus for 6-8 minutes, and let cool.
2. Pour hazelnut oil over asparagus; sprinkle with
   dill, salt and pepper.

Yields 4-6 servings.
