Turkey Stew Recipe:
Turkey Stew
As much leftover turkey that you can cook off the bone.
Retain the broth.
Four large carrots.
Four potatoes.
Four ribs of celery.
Two onions.
Three cloves of garlic.
Dump in some Poultry seasoning.
Salt to taste.
Corn Starch or gravy for thickening.
Cook turkey first and de-bone. Return turkey and broth
to a large kettle.
Bring to a low boil over medium heat and add the rest
of the goodies including anything that you would like
to add.
Thicken with cornstarch or gravy.
Simmer for twenty minutes and go for it!
