Chicken with Wine Sauce
3 - 4 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts (halved)
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 4oz. can whole drained mushrooms
1 cup sour cream
1 cup dry white cooking wine
Paprika to garnish
2 - 4 cups Cooked rice or egg noodles
1. Place single layer of chicken breasts in a 13 x 9
inch baking dish.
2. Combine soup, mushrooms, sour cream, and wine. Pour
over chicken. Generously sprinkle with paprika over
top.
3. Bake in a preheated 350 degrees oven for 1 hour or
until done. Serve chicken and sauce over rice or egg
noodles.
