Cabbage and Pineapple Salad Recipe:

CABBAGE AND PINEAPPLE SALAD

Ingredients

2 cups      cabbage, shredded
1 1/2 cups cucumber
1          small onion, thinly sliced
1 1/2 cups pineapple, diced
5 tblsp    French Dressing
lettuce
grated coconut

Instructions
------------

Combine cabbage, cucumbers, onion, and pineapple. Add
French dressing.

Toss gently. Serve on lettuce. Top with coconut.
