Carmelized Bacon Recipe:

                   Carmelized Bacon

Amount Measure      Ingredient -- Preparation Method
-------- ------------ --------------------------------
                      Thick-sliced bacon
                      Brown sugar

Dip bacon in brown sugar so that both sides are
covered. Spread on cookie sheet. Bake slowly for 2
hours. Immediately remove from cookie sheet and lay
on a clean cookie sheet. Cut with scissors into bite
size pieces while still warm. Serve cold.
